How do tutors set their pricing?

At GoTutify, tutors set their own pricing based on location, subject, and experience, but it must stay fair and aligned with market standards. Any unfair pricing may be reviewed and could lead to account restrictions to maintain a balanced and trusted platform.

Payments & Refunds

What is GoTutify's refund policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of your first purchase, you receive a full refund — no questions asked. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Can I cancel a tutoring session?

Cancellations are subject to a strict policy. A full refund is only available for cancellations made 48+ hours in advance. Cancellations within 24–48 hours receive a 50% refund, with the balance provided as credit. No refunds are issued for cancellations under 24 hours. A one-time reschedule may be granted.

What happens if a tutor cancels my session?

You receive a full session fee refund plus one complimentary credit to rebook with any tutor. Repeated tutor cancellations result in account suspension to maintain platform reliability.
