1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GoTutify ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and GoTutify regarding your use of our platform and supersede all prior communications, whether written or oral.

Legal Compliance: By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on GoTutify for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on GoTutify
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by GoTutify at any time upon notice to you.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

GoTutify makes no representations or warranties regarding the operation of the service or the information, content, or materials included on the service. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, GoTutify disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

GoTutify will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or use; interruptions or delays in service; or errors or omissions in content.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GoTutify, its suppliers, or other third parties mentioned on this site be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, incidental and consequential damages, personal injury/wrongful death, lost profits, or damages resulting from lost data or business interruption) resulting from the use of or inability to use the materials on GoTutify.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Accuracy of Materials

6. User Responsibilities

7. Prohibited Behavior

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behavior on GoTutify:

• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users or staff
• Posting defamatory, obscene, or offensive content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our platform
• Transmitting spam or unsolicited advertisements
• Uploading files containing viruses or malware
• Engaging in any form of hacking or phishing
• Violating intellectual property rights of others
• Using the platform for illegal purposes
• Impersonating another person or entity

Consequences: Violation of any of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund and legal action if necessary.

8. User Accounts & Passwords

If you create an account on GoTutify, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Account Security: GoTutify cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your password and account information. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

9. Content Rights & Ownership

All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) on GoTutify, as well as the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by GoTutify, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User-Generated Content: When you upload content to GoTutify, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all uploaded content.

Intellectual Property Rights: You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of GoTutify without express written permission by GoTutify.

10. Payment Terms

If you purchase any services on GoTutify, you agree to pay all charges and fees that you incur. Billing will occur on the day you select your billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually).

Recurring Charges: For services with recurring billing, your payment method will be automatically charged on each billing anniversary unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

Payment Method: You authorize GoTutify to charge the payment method you provide for all charges and fees incurred. You agree that you are responsible for any transaction fees charged by your financial institution.

11. Refund Policy

GoTutify offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid services if you are not completely satisfied. To request a refund, please contact our support team within 30 days of your initial purchase.

• Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear depending on your financial institution
• Accounts terminated due to violation of these terms are not eligible for refunds
• After 30 days, no refunds will be issued

12. Termination

GoTutify may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service, in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, including if you violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination or suspension:

• Your right to use the service immediately ceases
• All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive
• Your account data will be deleted (except as required by law)
• No refunds will be issued for paid services

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements we may enter into shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Jurisdiction: You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Pakistan for resolution of any dispute arising from these terms.
